What we collect

• When you buy: your email address and the PayPal order and payment references. PayPal handles the payment; we never receive card details.
• When you activate: your email, a machine identifier generated by Windows, the computer's name and the DX Pro version. This is how a seat is tied to a machine.
• On this website: no advertising or tracking cookies. The live demo runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.

Why

To supply and manage your licence, to send your order confirmation, and to answer support requests. The lawful basis is performing our contract with you, and keeping financial records the law requires.

Who else sees it

PayPal (payments), our hosting provider (the licence database) and our email provider (order emails). We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long

Licence records are kept while the licence exists, so that it can be reactivated. Payment records are kept for six years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it (deleting it ends the licence). Email support@hamstream.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
